We carry out competent treatments for the following insect and rodent infestations:

Insects - (crawling) ants/cockroaches/woodlice/silverfish/carpet beetle/ carpet fleas and all other crawling insects

Cockroach treatment programmes will be put in place for each site consisting of weekly inspections (site contacts informed on next inspection)

Cockroach treatments are carried out with insecticidal + knockdown sprays then gel bait spot treated along with glueboard lure monitoring traps

** Please note: bed-bug treatments for complete eradication can not be guaranteed **

** A riddance treatment programme will be discussed with the point of contact **

Insects - (flying) wasps/flies/moths and all other flying insects

** Please note: due to health + safety we only treat Wasp nests externally with an insecticidal dust **

** In the unlikely event of a re-treatment after 24HRS, this will be carried out free of charge **

Rodents - mice/rats/squirrels a weekly eradication treatment programme will be discussed with point of contact

At SPC, we believe in multiple baiting options using grain/wax block/pasta sachets during the first 7 days

This will determine what is favoured by the rodent infestation, then the treatment will continue with the favoured food source

Treatment Options

Option 1

Toxic rodenticides used on site in the following ares:
- Loft or Roof Void
  With open plastic grain/ wax block/ pasta sachets/ bait trails
- Internal House
  With plastic child resistant, tamperproof wax blocks + pasta sachets bait stations
- External House
  With plastic child resistant, tamperproof wax blocks + pasta sachets bait stations
** All bait stations will have "Poison do not touch" labels applied **
Option 2

Snap traps with food attractant used on site in the following areas:
- Loft or Roof Void
  Cable tied or screwed down along with "Warning do not touch" labels (unlimited)
- Internal House
  With plastic child resistant, tamperproof wax blocks + pasta sachets bait stations (unlimited)
- External House
  With plastic child resistant, tamperproof wax blocks + pasta sachets bait stations (unlimited)
